No one else has an opinion that matters, where this kind of surgery is concerned. However, it is wise to consider potential side effects and bad outcomes. If living with our current imperfections is so unpleasant we'd undergo surgery, would scarring be survivable?
Limited or surface changes are safer than invasive procedures.
Only my opinion though, which counts for nothing when it's someone elses face at stake.
